All pieces are hand sewn or hand pressed with the highest quality in thread and design applications. You have a lifetime of embellishment replacement if by chance you receive an item with less than perfect details or are loose, damaged, or came off very easily. Again products are hand sewn and all embellishments are hand sewn and hand pressed. Return policy for the item itself is 30 days.
